Eartha Kitt
Eartha Kitt
About the Design
Eartha Kitt was a incredible singer, electrifying actress, and outspoken activist. She delivered this quote at a White House luncheon in 1968, which did not delight the likes of Lady Bird Johnson and other conservative minded ladies. She spoke up for Black feminism and spoke out against the Vietnam War throughout her amazing life.
Her portrait and others are featured in the "Activist Portraits" collection!
